Extremely disappointing experience and a serious lack of basic compassion. My husband and I came to this walk-in clinic because he was feeling dizzy. When the receptionist asked why we were there and he told her, she said there was an appointment available at 2:30. Great — except instead of simply booking the available appointment for him, she told us to go outside, scan the QR code with our phone, and book it ourselves. I was referred here by my family doctor after two-plus years of persistent pain down my left leg, knee, and hip, hoping for a genuine specialist assessment. The appointment was disappointing. The physical exam consisted of a few steps, standing on my toes and heels, and a brief manual check of my knee, lasting well under a minute, before I was told my leg “functioned fine.” For context: I’m 38, 5ft2” and 115lbs.
