Booked with Carlos for 10am appointment arrive on time he’s not there. Carlos arrives about 20 minutes late than has the audacity to tell me hey sorry I’m late I have a head in front of you I’ll cut you next… This isn’t the first time he stood me up. It’s hard supporting black business for this very reason. We lack customer service skills. Needless to say I won’t be back.
