Ruined antiques during move with scratches, gouges, broke wooden items, lost parts to my dyson and never replaced the parts, never returned calls and emails after several times asking when I would be getting replacement parts. Never recommend them for a move, awful.

Two guys came to load my totes and boxes. One very over weight and was not much help. They stacked my items in the truck and I had 8 straps. They only used 4. I asked them to use more and they said 4 was enough. I questioned the way they stacked the totes and boxes, but they said the would ride fine. When I received my freight, the straps weren’t put tight enough and my totes and boxes had shifted. I had numerous broken and smashed totes and boxes. Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about these folks. They are the hardest working most professional people I’ve ever seen. My home is completely packed up, completely moved and then completely cleaned. All with excellent service and great care. I’ll hire them again and I hope you do too.
Excellent. Moved 14 years of heavy furniture down the stairs in one house and most into the basement of the next. Very professional and hard working group!
