Excellent staff! Very friendly and personable, especially Ms. Shannon and Dr. Raman-Luhadiya.
tl;dr: Nice location, serious accessibility issues for someone with impaired mobility. When visiting Well by Kaiser Permanente, you have to ring and wait outside to be buzzed in to the lobby, which isn’t particularly welcoming. On the other hand, they validate parking! The doctors and staff my family member and I met on our visit were cordial and professional. I love this KP clinic at this location, not only every one there is very nice, very professional, they care about the patients, I never wait too long to be seen by my doctor. I would also like to say something about Dr Young, he is a very good Doctor, he cares about his patients, but what I like most about him is that he explains each situation so well, he makes sure you understand clearly what is happening with your health. Very few doctors are like that. He is great and I am glad he is my doctor.
I love this place! Dr Young and the staff are the very best! My experiences here have been nothing but good. The location is clean and convenient. The staff is warm and welcoming. Dr Young is kind. I highly recommend!
