I dream about this place! Jamaica me crazy is my favorite brew, add a touch of cream or bourbon for rich caramel vanilla flavors. The pistachio cream cake is just amazing. Light, fluffy, a touch savory but not too sweet. Inexpensive, friendly staff, short wait, outdoor seating!

THE BEST vegan chocolate cake EVER!!! We walked from Asheville to Weaverville to get a slice!!! Delish vegan dark chocolate bark, and vegan chocolate chip cookies as big as your head!!! Well worth the 2 hour drive to get to the mountains!

This place, Well-Bred Bakery and Cafe, has some delicious options like quiche and curry chicken salad. And for dessert oh my! The mountain eclair was something that could be eaten by four people! Took us two days to devour it! The cherry and pistachio chocolate is very good as well!
We stopped in on our way back to philadelphia and this cafe was soo busy, even on a rainy day! We were greeted by friendly staff and the quiche, veggie wrap and French toast were absolutely amazing! The coffee was perfect as well! Thank you for making the start of our trip back home perfect :)
