Heaven on Earth I tell ya. Great corned beef sandwich. Took a box of assorted pastries home. The best. Wish I could figure out how to overnight mail some back to Florida where bakeries are nonexistent or subpar.
This bakery is Aamazing!!! I had their Almond bar yesterday, so yummy �. Had the Baklava today....oh my goodness! I also bought the Creme Brûlée and English toffee. Can't wait to dig in! If you are ever in Weaverville, NC make sure to check out Well-Bred!

I spent entirely too much time here while I was writing papers. Their food is amazing, the atmosphere is laid back, the coffee is great and their food can't be beat. One of my favorite spots in all of Asheville, let alone Weaverville.
Wonderful food and service. The same can be said for the Asheville location. I give these charming places A+. Additionally, the company i was with wascsimoky THE BEST!!
This is my favorite cafe! The desserts are always perfect and so hard to choose from! We make special trips from Greeneville, tn to just come here. Keep up the awesome beautiful work Well-Bred!
