I heard about this clinic through a recommendation and I had the best experience when establishing care last year with Dr. Yoo Chong. Recently, I've been experiencing incredibly awful migraines so reached out to Dr. Yoo through MyChart weeks ago with preliminary questions about potential next steps and have yet to receive a response, I even sent a followup email. Unfortunately, I have to give this lovely clinic 0-1 stars. I like Dr Yoo, but he didn't call in the correct prescription or return one of my messages about it. I left 4 messages in the MyChart app, 5 voicemails, and even spoke to the receptionist who said she'd print my info and give it to the Dr. Well, it's been several weeks and no response. Nice and professional staff and a great doctor took the time and explained everything and went into detail on what we need to do for me to continue to improve.
