I have run both commercial and residential mowing crews for OSI and others. I've trained well over 100 people for OSI and others. In those many years of experience I can tell you that 2 things matter; quality of equipment & quality of work. The latter is usually defined by the character of the worker. That's what sets Welk's apart from everyone else. They exemplify what lawn care should be.
