They should have told us construction was going on before we booked it, but they did not because we would have chose a different place also when we first checked in rude customer service the gentlemen was on sounded like a personal call did not even say be right with you or anything we were just standing there a couple mins until he was off he handed us a paper and said This is about the construction going on and the parking lot and that was it and the paper didn't even have all the details it would have been nice to go to t... read more
Room is clean and big. Service not sure what are expected I want to get my towels for exchange but did not see the room service. Poor are good and nice to hang out with kids and family.
