Skip this property if you are Hyatt member especially Globalist or Explorist. This property offers none of the Tier benefits at all. No resort fee waived, no breakfast, no bottle water, no late check out, no upgrade, no Hyatt memebr delicated frontdesk check in/out. The service was also dissatisfied. When we arrived at mid-night, there was no employee because he went out to grab some food while we was waiting in the lobby. There will be a lot of better choices in this area at same price.
Great resort, overall. An on-site restaurant would make it even better!
