They set up an appointment. The day before they pushed me out a day with no time set up. I called the day before and did not pre pay the invoice as they requested and said they didn't want to take the job on. Literally $350.00 for 1 hour of your opinion or knowledge of what machine I have. Poor communication and obviously no commitment to customers or obligation that were set by them before hand.

Brought my Miller in for service and the personnel were personable, helpful, and showed that they knew the product. The follow up call was quick and the warranty repair was also done in a very timely manner. All of my business is going to be with Weldrite from now on.
