I can’t tell you how awesome my entire experience here has been. I changed optometrists after years because I had an ongoing eye problem that wouldn’t go away with the attention of my former optometrist. I never write reviews but I am amazed at how pleasant and professional everyone here is! All of the staff and Dr. Jacob are fantastic! They have always been very above board , professional, and more than caring for your individual needs! So glad I found them as I originally called for an emergency and they got me in ASAP where other places told me I'd have to wait at least a week. Not what you want or need to hear when you need immediate attention. Dr. Jacob and staff pulled through and I was so impressed I am a patient for life!
Been going here for a few years now. Every single visit I am taking care of from the time I walk in to the end of my appointment. Answers every question and walks me through every process.
Excellent service, tests were explained before hand. Insurance prices were discussed and the excellent variety in frames was a shoppers delight!
I cannot thank this office enough for helping me today. From Teresa on the phone, to Marilyn's warm welcome, to Dr. Hebda's gentle words to a scared lady....I appreciate you all so much! As a diabetic I deal with doctors offices often and this is the BEST office I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend them enough.
