The absolute worst builder I’ve ever dealt with. My last four homes have all been new construction and I’ve never met a builder so inflexible or greedy. Do not buy from Tradition Homes. So many examples of their ridiculous customer service but here’s a quick one that doesn’t need a lot of backstory. I was buying this townhome living 3 hours away. They wouldn’t even send me the dimensions of the space so I could order my refrigerator because “they didn’t want to be held liable if they gave me the wrong measurements”. What??? ... read more
