On July 26th, I brought my truck in for its initial service appointment, the day before i had a comprehensive interior and exterior detailing, including ceramic coating and paint correction completed on July 25th. The ceramic coating was freshly applied when the vehicle was delivered that Saturday morning. Following the oil service, the dealership's car wash inadvertently damaged the ceramic coating, which requires a 24 to 48-hour curing period for proper bonding. First time getting a new vehicle with them as our family was growing and needed to upgrade sooner than expected. Everyone from sales, through management to leadership helped come to the table to make this deal happen. They treated our situation with great care and professionalism to make it a win win and I so appreciate their help. Kevin Kennedy was so helpful! He was amazing! From the moment I walked in to get an update on our vehicle, he was welcoming, kind, and went above and beyond to help me. He even got me set up with a rental car right away—which was such a relief since I didn’t have another vehicle and I’m a busy mom of two.
