I feel so comfortable there. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. relaxed atmosphere . Much better then a big gym.
Awesome place. The staff is excellent and actually listen to my concerns and help me address them. Thank you so much for being there. I feel that I am making major strides in my level of fitness!
I like the peaceful atmosphere. The cardio & strength machines are great, and the one-on-one coaching by someone of similar age is wonderful!
