I've heard nothing but negative things about these condominiums, how the association only protects the homeowners NOT the tenants, I've had several family members live here whose were victims of landlords keeping their security deposit over painting walls and minor cleaning.
This is a beautiful and quiet place for full-time residence and snowbirds. Grounds are well-maintained and looks beautiful. Mu wife and I love living here
