I placed an order on Mar 16, and have yet to receive a shipping notice. Your online tracking page is broken, and you have yet to reply to my email. Please resolve this asap; this level of customer service is unacceptable!
I bought a bag from them, not only are emails not answered but the links for tracking are broken! The telephone number is a dead end answering machine. I think I have just had my money stolen.
Horrible online customer service. I used to buy their clothing at a store here in Chicago but the owner stopped selling thier stuff because they say the company is too scattered and inconsistent. I went online because I really like a specific shirt they make. I paid for it and it never arrived. This was three weeks ago. I've been trying to contact them via email, phone, and chat. nothing but crickets. Welcome Stranger IS not only scattered and inconsistent, but pretty unresponsive and irresponsible.

Worst online customer service ever. Bought an item online. Paid for next day. Waited 2 days after it was supposed to arrive. Called customer service which says they open at 9 PST but no one answers till 12 noon. Women says the item isn't in stock and they should be refunding my money in 7-10 business days and hangs up on me. Nice
Clean collection, clean store. Top drawer products that every boy should save their piggy banks for.
This store is on no one's list and yet it should be there. And that's for a reason. Everything is a concept store these days but those guys really have it figured out. This is a shop for those valuing craftsmanship, fair production and decent styles. Most items are Made In USA and feature on point quality.
