Miriam was fantastic! We were buying and she was the sellers agent - even then she was extremely helpful to us. Her expertise of Celtic Park is incredible, and she had an answer for the many questions we had throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Miriam as an agent!

Highly recommend Miriam at Welcome Home Real Estate! She was exceptionally professional, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout the entire sale. Thanks to her strategy, my apartment was on the market for only two weeks before we accepted an offer. You couldn’t ask for a better agent in your corner.

Miriam Fardey – the best! I had a co-op to sell in Celtic Park in Woodside Queens as part of an estate. I live in Atlanta. To tell you that Miriam Fardey was a Godsend is an understatement. The co-op needed total renovation. Miriam got contractor quotes and oversaw the entire renovation for me. She then listed it and it is now sold. I don’t know what I would have done without her. We were fortunate to meet Linnea at an open house she was hosting and had her represent us to purchase a coop in Sunnyside. Linnea helped us find the home of our dreams! She was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. She matched us up with the perfect apartment despite a competitive market and what felt like a super specific set of criteria in the building and location we were hoping to buy. Would definitely recommend working with Linnea!

As first time condo buyers in NYC, my wife and I were so lucky to be able to work with Linnea Thomas. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She was willing to work with us when we wanted to branch out our search outside of Sunnyside to multiple specific neighborhoods in Queens. She was responsive to our questions about the process and was flexible in terms of scheduling and the like. We wholeheartedly recommend her if you are interested in buying a new home.
