We had looked at an apartment in Sunnyside that we found on Streeteasy, and Katie from Welcome Home was the broker and showed us around the apartment. That place ended up being larger and more expensive than we had wanted, but we really liked Katie, and she had leads on other apartments in Sunnyside that weren't being advertised on Zillow and Streeteasy yet.
