Horrible people. Act as if youre scum. If you look different they are judgemental. Have had nothing but issues time and time again. I've been requesting a repair for 2 years on my back door. They say in the lease agreement any repairs under 100 is on the renter. You do the repairs yourself and they see it without calling them then they charge 150 dollar violation fee.
