As someone who has owned and managed real estate for over 20 years and having worked with many property management companies, I can tell you that WHM has been awful. They are not only non responsive, but they appear to be stealing funds from our account. They also failed to incorporate several expenses we instructed to put into the lease costing us thousands. I am not consulting an attorney to deal with this. Please what ever you do STAY AWAY from WHM!
