Great place if you enjoy bugs in the bad water. I poured a glass of water for my mother from a thermos with ice water. There was a bug in it. I knew I wouldn't be believed so I took a picture of it. The aide, Brook, said it probably came from my mother's mouth. It didn't because I poured it straight out of the thermos. You have to beg them to do anything, and if you buzz them...watch out! If you’re lucky enough to have a loved one stay at Welcome Home, do it! They genuinely care about each and every resident. They will do everything in their power to accommodate them. My grandma has stayed here for over a year now and she has loved it. I asked her about her experience and she said “ I really like it here. They feed us really well. I have really nice friends and we do fun activities” One of my favorite parts is they have family activities that you can attend. It’s been really special to our family.

I can’t say enough good things about Bruce and this facility. Although my experience was short, Bruce and the staff were very attentive to mine and my fathers needs while we were at the facility. Should I ever need these type of services again, I would not hesitate to call Bruce and he would be my only call that I would make, knowing my family member would receive the care they needed from the staff.
