STAY AWAY from WEL.co unless you want endless promises and zero delivery or accountability!. Excuses and finger pointing at other companies and an inability to take responsibility!. Sadly not an option to give less than 1 star!. Four years wasted waiting for land to title only to cancel 110 purchasers contracts at Springwood in SA!.

Very disappointed with how the cancelled contracts have been handled. The situation has had a significant impact on people who planned their future based on those agreements, causing financial loss, uncertainty and considerable stress.

Extremely disappointed with Wel.Co and the way they have handled the development of Springwood Estate in Gawler South Australia. From the beginning there have been constant delays to works, repeated false promises, and ongoing changes to plans that buyers were originally sold on. Communication has been poor and timelines seem to shift whenever convenient for the developer. So disappointed at the lack of development on a new estate which we have owned a block since 2024 and still not up to the building stage. We are now faced with a fixed price house and land contract which will expire and we probably won't be able to afford a new contract . I feel so sad that an exciting time in our life has been turned in to a shambles . There has been no communication or transparency at all from the developers which is so bad . Just really disheartened by the whole process .
