Only reason this business doesn't have thousands of five star reviews it's because the owner doesn't ask for them. Called Saturday morning, holiday weekend no less and received detailed instructions on how to fix my problem at no cost. Didn't sound as "polished " as Geek Squad or others but I will take the business with integrity over appearances every time
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He gave me back my computer missing a part.Strung me along for seven months complaining about price for part.Finally said he’d compensate me ,so I got an estimate to fix it at another shop and he outright refused to pay for it.He accused the other shop of stealing his customer and actually called us names.Ultimately, he only refunded his labor for initial install,leaving me,his customer,with the remainder of the fee to fix his mistake. If I could give negative stars I would.
I will 100% recommend to see Peter with any PC problems you may have. He is very honest, friendly and will fix it at a very reasonable price. He has not only fixed the problems but has taking the time to teach my son on how to solve the issues on his new PC he has built himself. He is very patient and reliable. He definitely deserves 5 stars.
