"It is so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a 1" is how I'd describe Welch Randall, particularly Nathan H. (Manager for SLC) who is an absolute disresptive ass-hat who gives no shits about anyone but himself. I tried to file a complaint but conveniently I can't via the website. No one here gives a shit. If I could go back in time, I'd see the red flags of multiple grammatical errors on both Nathan's emails and the lease. I have worked with Welch Randall as our management company while on the HOA aboard and found them responsive and professional. I hired Brad Randall as my realtor to sell my condo and was very please with the help he gave me as a new property seller. He walked me through everything explaining as we went. I would highly recommend working with Brad for selling or purchasing a property. I also would recommend Welch Randall property management to anyone renting their property or needing to manage a condominium complex.
The duplex I am renting has a shared backyard. I asked for help with an issue with a neighbor's dog. My neighbor's "service animal" has more rights to the 'common area' (my backyard) than my son with health concerns. The early terminate fee is 2xrent+$400 equaling over $2,500 which is outrageous. They don't fix anything. They closed tickets without looking into at them. They don't care. They are rude and unprofessional.
We where a medical group managed by Randall. We left having never missing a payment or causing any significant problems. We left largely because He decide to lease a office next to us to a competing business. They were soliciting our customers as they came to our office. We made a complaint but were told there was nothing they could do. Welch Randall manages our HOA. As a member of the HOA board, I have first hand knowledge of their professionalism. They took over our HOA about 2 years ago and have done an excellent job. Any issues we have, have been dealt with in a very timely manner. Our property manager comes quite often and walks around the complex to be sure all is well and if anything needs to be addressed.
