Welch Heating and Air saves the day once again. I have a ductless system that they installed a couple years ago. They have been there for me at a moments notice whenever I have called. Top notch service. They stand by their work. I will never use anybody else. Best decision I ever made was calling 509.820.3333 when I needed a new system.

Great people, on time, replaced my whole inside unit, supplied space heaters while we were getting repaired so the kids wouldn't be cold. I've dealt with other companies an this was by far the best company in the tri cities

our ac went out on Sunday morning. they showed up at our house by 12:00pm. they tried to fix it but needed a part and they had it in by Tuesday 1:00pm, they called and let me know when the part came in and they were on the way. kind, knowledgeable , and professional. thanks to josh and rob. we would recommend you guys over and over again
