Our family has been doing excavating in the treasure valley for many years starting with my father Glen Welch who started in 1958, until he retired in 1980. His son, Phil, started running equipment at the age of 11 years old and in 1980 started working along with Glen, which he later took over in 1988 and has been doing it ever since. Areas Served: Greenleaf,ÂMiddleton,ÂNotus & surrounding areas.

Excellent work. We had Phil put in a 2000 gal septic system and dig 800 feet of 42" deep trenches for us. Great to work with, got the job done quick and under budget. I would Highly recommend Welch Excavation!!
