After many years away from going to the dentist, I made the decision to establish a new dentist. I have had several people recommend Welch Dental and finally I made the step and set up an appointment. (First dental appointment in perhaps 8 years) The entire process went phenomenal! Very disappointed! My daughter's appointments were last week and I ended up going into labor with my 3rd child and had surgery the following day which I was not able to cancel the appointments! So due to their policy and them not being understanding I can no longer be seen by them and I've been going to them for few yrs! I'm reporting them! This is something no parent should have to go through or be treated so rudely!
Dr. Welch is the best dentist! He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The two hygienists that helped me were very considerate. I would recommend coming here, you will be impressed.
