Have been dealing with them for years trying to get my sons eye fixed. The doctor is rude doesnt listen and keeps trying to force my son into glasses that hes already been wearing for years. If you want to be treated like crap and your child not to receive proper care this is the place for you.
The only thing I'm mad about is that I can't give Dr Allen and his staff 10 stars! Sometimes, I can be difficult when I'm frustrated. When I experienced trouble with my insurance, the receptionist made dealing with it a breeze. When I had to have eyeball injections (honestly, its not as bad as it sounds!), the doctor and nurses made sure I was comfortable and the procedure was quick and painless.
