EVERY single one of the 1 stars are relatable, as my mother was in this facility for nearly a month. Her personal experience was quite alarming, as she was timid and afraid to complain. She feared retaliation, as one of the 1 star reviews explained during his stay at this facility. When my sister went to visit her, she heard a patient from another room screaming out, "HELP HELP" over and over. No one came. From the maintenance crew, the p.t. and o.c. crew, the nurses and c.n.a.s, I would highly recommend this facility. Even the chef, who knew my dietary likes (nothing but chicken and fish for me)was very accommodating.

Don't complain if you are still inpatient, trust me they show you retaliation. Only a few great employees here, the other ones should be seriously looked into because they do what they want. This is actually the follow up to the earlier review about when I was hanging onto my bed for an hour. My family called 20 times without answer! I was yelling for help and finally they come to help me after an hour. I just had 12 screws put into my spine , it was NOT easy to hold myself up from falling.
