From the maintenance crew, the p.t. and o.c. crew, the nurses and c.n.a.s, I would highly recommend this facility. Even the chef, who knew my dietary likes (nothing but chicken and fish for me)was very accommodating.
Don't complain if you are still inpatient, trust me they show you retaliation. Only a few great employees here, the other ones should be seriously looked into because they do what they want. This is actually the follow up to the earlier review about when I was hanging onto my bed for an hour. My family called 20 times without answer! I was yelling for help and finally they come to help me after an hour. I just had 12 screws put into my spine , it was NOT easy to hold myself up from falling. The staff is amazing
Not OK when nobody answers the phone at 2am because a patient needs help from falling off their bed. I called 20 times without anyone answering. What could the "skilled nurses" possibly be doing for so long ignoring those who need help? I used to think this place was OK until this moment. They do not care. Any Healthcare is trash these days, it's disgusting these fake "nurses"
