I truly appreciate the doctors, but unfortunately the customer service is very disappointing. This is meant to be a place that shows empathy, especially for first-time moms, but that has not been my experience. When I called to schedule an appointment for my baby, Diana was very rude and dismissive. She was telling me something that completely contradicted what my doctor had previously explained, and before I could even clarify, she hung up on me. I've been going to Wekiva Springs Pediatrics for more than 7 years and recently the service has been slowly declining. 3 months ago I took my son for a check up. Before leaving the office, I specifically asked if the follow up had a charge; the front desk staff confidentiality said NO since I'm coming back with in the 7 day period. When we came back just a couple days later I was charged for the follow up. I've called about it and was told someone would call me back, I wrote in the website to have someone reach out. Worst pediatrician experience I have ever had for my 7 year old. Very unprofessional staff. After calling and texting me several times for my appointment , I arrived on time to be told that my insurance is not active after which my insurance company faxed them proof that it is active. Then the nurse came and got my daughter and in the middle of my daughters check up another staff bursts into the room and tell us they are all going on lunch break and that we have to reschedule.
