I truly appreciate the doctors, but unfortunately the customer service is very disappointing. This is meant to be a place that shows empathy, especially for first-time moms, but that has not been my experience. When I called to schedule an appointment for my baby, Diana was very rude and dismissive. I've been going to Wekiva Springs Pediatrics for more than 7 years and recently the service has been slowly declining. 3 months ago I took my son for a check up. Before leaving the office, I specifically asked if the follow up had a charge; the front desk staff confidentiality said NO since I'm coming back with in the 7 day period. When we came back just a couple days later I was charged for the follow up. I've called about it and was told someone would call me back, I wrote in the website to have someone reach out.
