I was sent here for 2 days and due to bed shortage I was put on the 500 block. My first night I was told to drink from the sink or toilet. This place does care about your mental state and I witnessed first hand the neglect and dirtiness of this place. I filed a report before I left today. People get treated like animals instead of humans in need of help.
My mother was involuntarily admitted by the police and we were not informed about anything she is receiving while admitted, have made numerous calls and left messages with no return calls, only time we have been contacted was when the nurse needed us to talk with my mom to help them. The receptionist who answers the phone acts like she could care less to be working much less help with getting in touch with someone who could help or answer questions.
