I have tried contacting the property manager in regards to a huge and dangers pot hole in one of their properties in North Richland Hills parking lot, i was driving thru with alot of rain the pot hole was full of water and me not able to see i drove into it causing my tire to blow out and damaging my rim($400) out lf my pocket.
