I moved to this apartment a new place which is owned by Weisz Properties in Hyattsville, MD. OMG! OMG! During when I first moved and I was encountered bed bugs infestations everyday until now. I have complained about this problem multiple times. After I have contacted them they have sent pest control only 2 times from May 29 2015 to July 16th 2015. Don't ever rent an apartment managed or owned by Weisz – I've been renting an apartment managed/owned by Weisz Properties LLC for 3 years - - Newton Square. When I first found the apartment it was a little questionable - - but is was an okay starter apartment for someone who wanted and needed to save money. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Can I say ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES and more ROACHES! Now the complex is infested with not only ROACHES but BED BUGS!!!!
