Regarding the one-star raters, office did for a brief time have phone system issues but no longer. Dr W is someone I was "forced" to see since it was within my insurance network (HMO/ACA) and I couldn't see my NYC docs (who have my history for yrs). Yet he has proven to be just as professional and generous (even more so!) with his patients and def goes the extra mile, that I will probably keep him even if I upgrade to a better "cadillac" plan (new job, PPO) in the future. A rare find these days!

The doctor is great, very helpful however getting to reschedule or cancel the appointment is a pain. Nobody answers phones there so you have to make a trip there in person. Don't expect any explanation or apologies for the hassle either.

1. Took 6 tries to contact someone. 2. Website says takes Aetna but when I called I was told they do not accept Aetna but do take Tricare. I told them I'll call back once I grab the benefits information. 3. Called back 10 min later, suddenly they do not take Tricare. Poor contact experience. Poor Staff experience. Zero service experience. 

Office can look me up by email if anyone cares

Tried at least a dozen times today to call to reschedule appointment. No answer or answer service. Permanently disabled, and person who promised to take me didn't. Finally tried NJ Lightrail alone. So shaky returned home. STILL no answer at office. Will now be labeled as no show, and won't be able to get another appointment. Very upset. Colitis greatly exaccerbated. Desperately need new GI doc but inability to reach ANYONE in office doesn't instill confidence in this doctor.
