I stay with this office because I like Dr. DaSilva. I agree with the other reviews that the staff is not very friendly and there is a general feeling that you are annoying them. My husband and I are often told to see one of the PAs - it is a bonus when you get to see the Doctor, and she seems very rushed to the point where she gives purposely short/flip answers to your questions. Ive been to this office twice. First time i saw Dr. Da Silva. Shes a great person and really listens. Second time i went she was too busy to see me so i saw another Dr. that also practices there. My Wife has yet to meet Dr. Da Silva. Shes been there a handfull of times. But all in all... its a great office.
Although I agree that the staff isnt always the friendliest people, I have never felt unwanted. However, to me, the most important aspect is the Doctor and how he/she treats me as a patient and a person. Dr. Da Silva is wonderful!!! She is very patient, kind and understanding. She always makes myself as well as my husband feel as though were her only patients. We are new to the area. We (my husband and I) got Dr. Silvas name from a list of Drs that is on our insurance list. I have to say I really liked her, and her staff. They took care of my every need and concerns.There is no waiting, which I love. She listens to everything I have to say. I didnt feel I was being rushed. I would recomend her to anyone for their family practioner.
Its really bad. Its almost hard to explain - but the staff is really annoyed to have customers. It wasnt just me; staff was rude and/or distracted with everyone in the waiting room. Dr. Da Silva herself was very personable. I had some lab work done and the office refused to give me a copy. It was bizarre. I really thought I was on Candid Camera or Punkd. they are always to busy to see you.if youre very sick you probably want to go elsewhere.
