We love these guys. They are prompt, fair, honest, and trustworthy. They also really know what they are doing, which is not always the case with an HVAC contractor. I highly recommend Brent Pfluger and his company. Great guy that you want to do business with. Rich Warwick
After days of dealing with my warranty company, I finally got them to contract Perrine heating and ac to come look at my broken air conditioner. Perrines came out less than an hour after my call and had it fixed and running right away! They also were kind enough to go through my house and shut all my windows that had been opened due to how hot my house was. I 100% recommend!
The HVAC work was fine, but the plumbing work we had done was terrible. They only did half of the work, poorly, but charged us full price.
Is he still in business, or has passed? No one answers the phone, we used him for over 20 years.
Today is July 26, 2021. Called him this morning and he was out Here by noon. He inspected the central heat and air unit, he ran a bunch of diagnostics, tweaked and cleaned some stuff, and everything works great now. Professional, friendly, reasonably priced. Highly recommended. This is my first review.
Called for AC repair. While they did come out quickly, I was not given a price prior to the work being done. labor was reasonable, however, parts were marked up between 300 and 1000%. I don't mind a reasonable mark up, but $500 to go pick up the parts and take them to the job site is unreasonable. Will not use or recommend this company.
Could not ask for better service, polite and understanding. Very helpful in explaining all that is not understood. Would not go to anyone else installation or service.
Always overly satisfied with Perry or Tyler. Both of these techs go above and a beyond Satisfaction.
The Worst!!! Ordered a Chimney to be installed on my new home in April, didn’t get installed until Thanksgiving. 8 months, ridiculous. And it was a terrible install job, I’m going to have to work on fixing it this next summer. I absolutely do not recommend this company!!
