No training program at all. Sat for 6 weeks before any training was provided. Company AmEx cards were being used to make purchases that could have gone on PO's. Executive assistant was buying off of Amazon for non essential items daily. Laid off 6 people in February after hiring 4 people within 8 weeks. A few of their top vendors have Weiss on credit hold due to non-payment.
