Tech showed up with an attitude. Said our filter was dirty and needed to be changed. We change it every month. He didn't like that response and further got an attitude. Our chief complaint was that our master bedroom is always 8-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I'm not a genius but I KNOW a "dirty" filter does not cause this.
