It's because of the friendly and caring atmosphere of all the people involved in an all-round satisfactory visit from the first moment you walk in the door until you leave! The in-between is always attention to detail (my detail) and making sure everything goes smoothly whether a cleaning or major work. My concern was very thoroughly evaluated by Brittney during her meticulous treatment wtih me. Dr. Kaplan took time to provide me with help and advice to handle the problem I was experiencing.
