I had my first mammogram here a few days ago. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and kind. I am an anxious type and appreciate an explanation of the procedures before they take place, so I know what to expect. The technicians did this automatically, which really helped to ease my nerves.
I have been going there for my yearly mammograms for 20 years. My insurance has not changed in 5 years. This year when I called to schedule in addition to my birthdate, address, phone #, etc . I had to read off the member and group numbers of my health insurance after I was asked if it was the same. Was told I couldn’t schedule until I did.
