I have been coming to Weinstein Imaging for many years; they are very professional and kind. However, today, I called to make an appt for my annual mammogram...after 10 minutes of repeating my name, my birthdate, and my address (that's as far as we got) I decided to call back later. A bit of a language challenge for her and myself, which is fine BUT after repeating my birthdate at least 5 times, she said: I guess I'm just tired...ok, I will call back another time. I had my first mammogram here a few days ago. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and kind. I am an anxious type and appreciate an explanation of the procedures before they take place, so I know what to expect. The technicians did this automatically, which really helped to ease my nerves.

I have been going there for my yearly mammograms for 20 years. My insurance has not changed in 5 years. This year when I called to schedule in addition to my birthdate, address, phone #, etc . I had to read off the member and group numbers of my health insurance after I was asked if it was the same. Was told I couldn’t schedule until I did. Super annoying and not necessary - I am in your data base since I am an established patient and you already asked me if I still had the same highmark health insurance. Personalized attention, on time, caring doctors and staff. So wonderful to receive medical care without feeling like a number. Weinstein Imaging treats a person like a person and not just another case. The confidence of the doctors and technicians is also reassuring as I know I am getting the most up to date testing and scanning available.
