RecommendedFantastic customer service and they always have what I need!
I won’t be shopping here. I’m sure they're great if you have a large contract with them but they do not treat individual customers well. I brought them a stihl blower which needed repairs they put you into a situation to buy a new unit because they don’t want to spend the time to repair a broken unit which I get to certain extent but how their pricing works it’s not fair to the consumer. RecommendedI used their on line email and they responded quickly to my questions. I came in that afternoon and my lawn mower is fixed and ready to cut grass again. (I was in need of a new blade and it was reasonably priced)
I’ve shopped at your stores most of my adult life, for equipment and or service, while at your Ann Arbor store today trying to get parts for my edger, I was asked to put a mask on or leave the store and wait in my car, I left. I called and spoke with a sale person after and he stated that they do work on Commission, eventually your policies will affect your bottom line, while it’s last years model, I got a sweet deal! #thepowerbarn #nomasks

Came in with a broken Stihl chainsaw. Service guy (i wish I got his name) knew exactly what was wrong with it, and in about 1/2 hour had it running. No lengthy service wait!
