The office staff, Stephanie, exhibited professionalism; however, the manner in which my situation was handled, was poorly executed by Dr. Wein and her office manager Chelsea. The resolution was unfavorable to a new patient despite the fact that I was advised otherwise by Dr. Wein’s office. And Chelsea was unprofessional. Had a cough for over 4 years while seeing several allergists in Martin & St Lucie with no results.. Dr. Wein first visit while it took a long time was productive enough were my constant cough was remedied by 95%. Recommend him and his great staff 1000% to my family and friends. THANK YOU....

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Wein after my current allergy specialist retired. I had been going Dr. Fischman for over 5 years. I had a GREAT experience at Dr. Wein's office. The office was really well set up for distancing. His nurse was terrific - asking the right questions for intake. And, Dr. Wein gave me some really good suggestions that I hadn't heard from my previous Doctor. And, he's NICE too!

Was told my skin test would be covered by my $100 co payment and found out it was NOT and the office went on to charge me over $1500. I had the assistant in the room check on costs before I let them touch me and she came back and told me it was covered, now I believed what she said and did the tests. The office staff does insurance billing daily and should have know that the cost was not included in my co pay and it would be an extra $1200 for the skin test as I would not have agreed to have it done. I had been a patient of Dr. Wein for 10 months and recently ended my relationship. While Dr. Wein is a caring physician his office staff seems to have no regard for his patients’ time and appears to be disorganized. My average wait time to receive my injection was 25-30 minutes after my appointment time. I can understand an increased wait to see a physician as doctor patient interactions can take longer than anticipated but the injections are given by his staff; thus, I did not see Dr. Wein for my injections. I am so thankful I was sent to Dr Wein. After 3 years of many tests and hospital visit he gave what I had a name. I can't say enough about how thankful I am for him. He gave me my life back. 

Misinformed/Misled

After checking no less than 5 times on the cost and being informed it was covered by insurance and my out of pocket cost was 0, I was personally charged over a twelve hundred dollars for two visits and allergy skin testing. What was recorded as the results of that testing in my records was NOT complete. My medications were not called in and I have yet to receive them all as I was told. The staff was incompetent and I was misinformed and/or misled.
