As someone who actually lives here this place is a blessing and actually a pretty nice place to live. Maintenence is awesome, always happy and quick to fix problems. In the winter time they'd be out here at 2:30am on weekend if need be to start clearing the snow & ice. Laundry room is clean, affordable and plenty big for the entire 400+ families living here.
