Joe and Tony did a great job looking out for my girls and I tonight! We went in for a routine Works Service, when they found a nail in my tire... They were able to get me a new tire and back on the road safely, saving me a big headache tomorrow. Customer service was great! We bought a new vehicle from John Meier. He is a fantastic salesman who is an honest and sincere person. I would highly recommend him and Stephen Weikert. They will make you feel like family. You can’t go wrong with Weikert Ford. They also have an awesome service department. Weikert Ford is the best Polk county Ford dealership!
I went in with a windshield wiper problem expecting to pay at least $100. They took the car promptly, determined the problem was with the blades I had recently installed, replaced the blades, and I was out in less than an hour for about $25.
