Jaycee is a joy to work with. We bought a new Explorer back in September and she made the process extremely easy. We enjoyed buying from her so much that we came back and bought an F150 today. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. They did the work requested and at no time tried to up sell us things we didn’t need or want. This is how getting your car serviced should work.

This absolutely untrue. Lake Wales Police Department showed up twice and found absolutely nothing wrong and no case of battery/physical threat. They even came back to let us know they thought the whole thing was fraudulent/bogus. Thankfully our video clearly shows the true story!!! When y’all were unhappy with the repair we waived all charges. Then y’all refused to give back our complementary rental vehicle.
