Worst customer service ever, I have paid in advance for three months supply but have not received the second order yet. I have sent quite a few emails but no response.
This place is a ripoff. I was charged $349 for something that was supposed to be free and never received it then they had the gall to tell me I could "order again" to replace what they claim was "lost in the mail or misdelivered". Do not waste your time or money!!!
They charged me hundreds more than advertised then ghosted. No one is responding...
Seems like I'm averaging loosing 2lbs per week. Started 6 weeks ago.
