Our leader, Lydia Miller inspires and entertains us every week. I hope she knows how much I appreciate the effort she puts into keeping the weekly meetings fresh and exciting. Hats off to Lydia!
I now go on Friday Mornings with Lydia Miller great instructor so creative she dresses to the weeks theme it's two way commication she shares and the class shares. We all are there for one reason drop pounds to become more active and get healthier to enjoy life. You meet so many wonderful people and hugs to our great leader who truly cares about each and everyone of us. A class act center you can't go wrong coming to Lydia's class.
5 stars for Saturday mornings at Academy WW. Lydia Miller is motivating, funny and very encouraging. She makes the meeting fun. I love going. Its part of my Saturdays.
Just came back after a few years and very excited to be making this journey with Lydia Miller. Her enthusiasm is infectious !!!!
