I love the Saturday morning 7:30 am class so many people who give encouragement and helpful tips to use along my journey.
Love the Saturday meeting, 9 am, but miss the 10 am...lol Jeanne is awesome!
even though I don't seem to get into the groove and having a hard time being motivated doing the program, I love my leader Thursday nights. Especially when she does her little dance when she recognizes members for weight loss. She is honest and full of energy. Kudos Dale
Why can I not write a post on here? I am new to WW and have been trying to figure out the program and the APP and really finding hard. Even though I have lost 8 pounds my first week. Even on the connect in the APP I can not connect to anyone. And I got "no one available" on the 24/7 chat
I attend different classes with different leaders, and I find, each class haves it's own rhythm. So if one class doesn't work for you, try another! I have made a lot of friends and encouragement with Weight Watchers and I have never meant Oprah.., lol
