WeightWatchers is most in line with my lifestyle. Eat what you eat, be conscious of it, and there’s cause and effect to what you eat. The leaders never condescend you if you don’t make progress, but praise when you do. They have a lot of credibility as they have done the program too. The store itself is nice, clean, has bathrooms, the scales are calibrated by the state of California, it’s a good operation.
