Owasso support is amazing. I have been on my weight loss journey since March 2016. I have not only lost weight but learned to eat to nourish my body. The meetings keep my accountable. It has been an amazing journey so far. I am getting close to goal and feel like a lot has to do with the leader and the atmosphere there. My MO in previous "joining" was to quietly go in, sit in back, listen halfway to some speaker and when I plateaued at 20 lbs then drift away. Here I am not sure that could happen. Life changer! Only program that combines good eating habits for lifetime--not just a "diet" that you regain weight when you stop the program! Incorporates sugar in the equation as well which is a game changer for those who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes.
Love being motivated and accountable. Had success my first two weeks.
