I have been a patient for over 10 years to keep my weight in check post gastric bypass in 2002. The clinic was amazing pre covid. Dr Garza has since gone. I have had nothing but trouble the past 2 months with my refills being correct and having anyone return a single phone call. They now have an answering service who forwards messages with no return response. They also went up on office visits almost double in price. I hate to find another Dr after so many years. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Garza for several years and we have loved her. However, we have recently left four messages and no one has returned our calls. Is becoming a health issue yet we are receiving no calls back. It’s extremely disappointing because we are trying to be loyal, I wish someone would just tell us the truth
I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr Garza. She's empathetic, thorough, and explains everything - down to the very small details. On top of this, her response time is unheard of. She's gotten back to me on weekends! If you've dealt with stuffy doctors that leave you confused and disappointed, Dr Garza is the compassionate, breath of fresh air you are looking for. She's honestly wonderful!
I have had the best experience with Dr. Garza and her team of medical professionals in her office. I have been a patient of Garza’s for many years now and the success I have had I wouldn’t have experienced without her help and her team. This place Was great at first ! then their business increased and they became only concerned about money. They changed to mandatory auto draft monthly "fees" I DO NOT authorize any business easy access to my accounts. Too much scamming dishonest and fraud. And after shopping around no other Dr does auto drafts for MEDICAL care! Some people really do need help losing weight, And we have tried all options. We don't jus want to be skinny and copy trends.
