I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr Garza. She's empathetic, thorough, and explains everything - down to the very small details. On top of this, her response time is unheard of. She's gotten back to me on weekends! If you've dealt with stuffy doctors that leave you confused and disappointed, Dr Garza is the compassionate, breath of fresh air you are looking for. She's honestly wonderful!
My husband has been a patient of Dr. Garza for several years and we have loved her. However, we have recently left four messages and no one has returned our calls. Is becoming a health issue yet we are receiving no calls back. It’s extremely disappointing because we are trying to be loyal, I wish someone would just tell us the truth
I have been a patient for over 10 years to keep my weight in check post gastric bypass in 2002. The clinic was amazing pre covid. Dr Garza has since gone. I have had nothing but trouble the past 2 months with my refills being correct and having anyone return a single phone call. They now have an answering service who forwards messages with no return response. They also went up on office visits almost double in price. I hate to find another Dr after so many years. I have been an ongoing patient for many years now and have LOVED Dr. Garza and the success I have had. I had been on the semaglutide and took a pause about a year ago due to our planned pregnancy. I now have been trying to get ahold of the office to get on the schedule and have had no luck. I have emailed, called, left voicemails, & completed the inquire on the website and have received zero response. I have tried for over a month now.
